      Selling a house on your own can be a challenging task, but with me as your Listing Agent, the process becomes a breeze. I present a proposed list price based on comparable properties in the area and build a checklist of tasks for you to prepare your property for the market. I coordinate the listing, marketing, and showing requests of your property. Once you receive offer(s), we work together to negotiate and agree on terms with your Buyer to head to the closing table.
